Getting a Vortex custom wheelset is simple. Whether you are seeking the wheelset of your dreams, or just curious and want to learn more, here are the steps. 

1. Fill out the form below

The form below contains a series of questions about yourself, your bike and the type of riding you do. By filling and submitting this quick form, our expert wheel builder will be able to suggest the best wheel and components that best suits your needs. For additional precisions, he might need to contact you. 

2. Get a quote

Once all the infos are dialed-in, you'll get a detailed quote from us with the exact wheel and components discussed. The quote will include the prices, leadtimes and the detailed list of components and colors. Don't hesitate to request precisions or changes, and feel free to add any item to your order such as tubes, tires, discs or a cassette. 

3. Proceed to your order

Once you're ready to proceed, we'll send you an invoice. A deposit will be needed to go ahead, as most parts of your wheelset will be ordered just for you. 

4. Enjoy the ride ! 

Depending on your preference and location, you can pick up the wheelset in our shop in Mont-Tremblant, or we can have it shipped directly to you. Either way, you'll be setup and ready to roll in no time.
